Paul took his time to go over what I would need and even offered items that I didn't have to take a second trip for. I also had questions on my car and Paul insisted on going outside and ran two different types of test and even noticed and replaced my wipers. I may be a lot to handle, but the amazing energy and patience he had with me felt wonderful. We need more awesome and kind souls like him.
