  The rental went very smoothly from start to finish. The shuttle to and from the airport, the customer service and the quality of the car. The return process was also seamless and I appreciated that.

  The people were kind and helpful. I had problems returning the car due to bad signage and poor health and the folks onsite were amazingly kind and helpful. In particular, the lady who checked me out and the gentleman who escorted me to the terminal and waited with me until the wheelchair assistants from southwest could assist. I normally work with other companies, and this was my first experience with Alamo. Despite the unfortunate flat tires at turn in, it was a seamless experience in Sacramento and you’ve achieved a fan of the Alamo brand. Thank you so much.

  I had a disappointing experience at Alamo Enterprise Sacramento Airport. When I attempted to extend my rental, I was assisted by an employee named Shahid who spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner throughout our engagement . After reviewing my contract, he commented that I had “received my current deal for free,” which was inappropriate given that I had paid over $600 for the rental. I do not believe such remarks are acceptable when speaking to customers. The extension process was made unnecessarily difficult, and the overall interaction fell short of the level of customer service I expected. I hope management reviews this matter and reinforces professional standards at this location.

  My reservation was at the Sacramento International Airport. First let me start by saying, I was able to pick up my vehicle in record time, which is definitely a plus. I was also given a couple of options of vehicles. The associate made sure that l was given the proper information of what to do if in the event l had a problem with the vehicle. This was my first introduction to a hybrid vehicle and l loved it. The important factor for me is that l did quite a bit of driving with using very little gas. Upon returning the vehicle, the associate was very kind, helping with my luggage and because l was running late, ensured that l made it to airport on time. I had a pleasant experience and will definitely be renting from Alamo in the future.

  This Alamo location was excellent to deal with picking up and returning. The service was so good picking up with no wait on a Monday around 11am, with special thanks to Ehsan at the counter. The upsell from a Midsize Chevy SUV to a Genesis SUV was a no brainer at $11 a day more for comfort on the trip. Shout Out in the pickup lot for Bob who was also a rock star for service.
