    Slooooow check-in. It was taking about 15 minutes per rental as we waited in line. Our "luxury vehicle" smelled like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes in it. You could even smell the smoke when opening the trunk. Alamo was gracious and refunded part of the cost.

    Excellent service! Had an issue with the car as soon as I pulled off of the lot, and came back to see if it would be possible to change to a different car. They found me a new car immediately with no questions asked. Super great service and the car was very clean and well kept

    I have rented vehicles through multiple carriers and travel a lot for family. In the past year, Alamo has been great for me. The manager, Cree, at SMF Alamo was courteous and considerate, displaying great customer service. Then I came back for return and the young man who was completing intake of my rental car was respectful and efficient. I highly recommend Alamo Rent A Car at SMF Thanks to Cree and her crew members still on the ball, with hard-to-find quality customer care. Keep it up!

    Two messages received that car tires needed air. Second was car engine oil needed. I thought the car needed maintenance service. When I called, was told no. A service maintenance was recently done. When I returned the car, I was told i could have gone to Enterprise to get another car. Was never advised that. So frustrating!

    The service we received at Alamo Rent-A-Car in the Sacramento airport rental car center is one of the best compared to many of my personal experiences in recent years of car rentals. The employees behind the counter are very polite and very detailed. The gentleman who takes care of our rental car is very knowledgeable and goes through everything. He gave me a wonderful car rental experience with Alamo. I will have Alamo Rent-A-Car listed at the top of my car rental companies list.
