  Our first contact, Mo, was a good advocate for us. We knew what we wanted and he found it for us.There only 1 available. He has also been very helpful with follow up. While we had a very good outcome, we were there for several hours. That's why 4 stars instead of 5. We saw 3 other supervisor/managers and the finance agent by the time we left. I've been wanting an EV and now we have one. Thanks Mo and Roseville Chevrolet managers.

  Car buying is a lengthy process and requires a lot of patience, our sales agent Christian had that in spades...all while staying authentic and keeping a smile on his face. Thanks to Christian, Abel and even the Chevy Roseville Finance Team for the military and Costco member benefits that were realized. This is the 3rd vehicle we bought at this dealership. Bravo!

  This was my first experience with Roseville Chevrolet and the service center, and I have to say I was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. Brian was referred to me by a friend. And he did not disappoint! Brian was professional, kind, and very understanding of the issue I was experiencing with my truck. Which for a person who knows little to nothing about vehicle mechanics, he made me feel seen, heard, and valued as a customer. He responded quickly, worked some serious magic to get me in right away on Monday, and communicated with me the entire time. I knew exactly what to expect, what was going on with the repair and oil change service, and was able to have my truck back to me the same day. It now runs like an absolute dream. He absolutely went above and beyond and even checked in on me the next day to make sure everything was running well. Brian made my first experience with Roseville Chevrolet the best experience, and he's gained a new, loyal, customer. I look forward to working with Brian and Roseville Chevrolet for future service needs. Thank you Brian, for the incredible customer service!!!

  I am new to US,and i heard not good about american brands like Chevrolet, but i bought a Volt and each of my friends told me that its not a good thing a suddenly i faced a problem with my volt. Went to dealership. They told me its under warranty and did the excellent job without any cost. Fantastic experience.
