  This message will be replied to from some bot or ai telling me to go to the customer service page on enterprise. Where absolutely nothing will be done and no one will be held accountable. Came in here with a booking for a premium Luxury SUV using my loyalty points. I was informed by Daisy the manager that the location overbooked and did not have the vehicle. Of course she took no responsibility or compassion. (When you book a $350 a day car you expect it to be clean and ready to go on arrival) I didn’t book a $40 Corolla. She blamed it on the system. A Porsche was in the exact same pricing category. They did not give it to me. There were some other luxury options and I was willing to take a downgrade. They offered me nothing decent although I had a confirmed prepaid booking. She told me to cancel my booking and pay out of pocket for a midsize car! I ended up using the same loyalty points and I had to leave with a 2025 Audi A5 with 39,000 miles on it and a squeaky window. Made to wait over 40 minutes. While my time was limited. Absolutely horrible customer service from Daisy. Zero attempt to solve a problem that her location created. People like Daisy don’t know how to solve problems or act. I’ve had billing issues here in the past. Once I had to wait six months to get an over billing refunded of around $500. Daisy in exotics should be fired and working the back end of a motel six. Not the front desk of a reputable car rental company. This location needs to restructure and get rid of people like Daisy with her lack of problem solving skills and critical thinking. I’ve rented hundreds of cars with EHI all over the world. Never have I come across an employee as useless as her. She had an opportunity to solve a problem created by her and her location and she fumbled it big time. Big L for Enterprise. Hertz and Avis within 1 mile may not have the selection of Enterprise. But they have competitive pricing and the management and employees treat customers well.

  This will be the only car rental company I will be using in town. Top notch facility, very nice employees, competitive rates and free shuttles! Best of all, they let me pick the actual car I'd like to drive off in. A+

  Unreliable “promise” to hold a truck. Don’t plan your day/weekend on picking up a reserved truck from Grass Valley Hwy location…they don’t/won’t hold anything. However, they’ll tell you they will.👎

  Stellar service. I was navigating simultaneous life crises and the staff at this office - first Abby and then Orius - and the dudes in the lot who found me the perfect vehicle for my needs - soothed me, then solved my problems. Highest recommendation for the way they navigate their own system, and how it does/or does not interface with State Farm, and ultimately find solutions with sweet caring efficiency. Top top top stuff.

  Very pleased to have the pick up service from the auto body repair shop to the car rental lot! Pick up on Monday morning was frustrating - it was SO busy and I had to wait almost an hour to get the car. Probably not the best time to pick up a rental car! Drop off was quick and easy. All enterprise employees I encountered were extremely polite and professional. Kudos to all of them!
