The damage was reported on the spot and documented by a manager. Staff later acknowledged that the brushes had been replaced earlier in January, that damage was a known risk at the time, and customers were not warned. After weeks of delays, the company denied responsibility using a generic “mechanically impossible” explanation, without providing any evidence tied to my vehicle or that wash cycle. No claim number, no meaningful investigation, no accountability. This location knowingly exposed customers’ vehicles to risk and then refused responsibility. I strongly advise avoiding this wash, especially with a newer vehicle.
