  Our salesman Ed was so helpful, informative and compassionate. I unfortunately totaled my last vehicle on Christmas evening and Ed made sure I had a positive experience and got exactly what I wanted without the pressure. I also appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of staff that made the car buying experience very positive. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

  Probably the best salesperson I've encountered. No pressure and super knowledgeable. They do add LoJack to the car and you can't opt out of the additional cost added to the sticker price but the price was still lower than other dealerships. They had a lot of inventory too.

  I recommend Antonio he was very nice polite guy who gave us a really good Tour for the vehicles they had in inventory. He also allowed us to test drive the vehicle that we liked. He was very friendly and gave us all our options as far as what we wanted and we are very happy thank you

  Dishonest "Bait & Switch" – Wasted My Time I am an existing Chevy owner (bought from the Folsom location, which is fantastic), but I visited the Roseville Automall because I was trying to help a friend purchase a Chevy Equinox. I did my due diligence and spoke with Christian (the name that the sales guy gave me) over the phone beforehand. I was extremely clear about the target price my friend was looking for, and Christian assured me it was "completely doable" and encouraged me to come in to finalize the deal. Based on that promise, I rearranged my entire day, left my chores, and brought my two young children with me to the showroom. It was a complete waste of time. The "Shady" Details: • The Runaround: Despite asking for Christian multiple times, I was told he was "preoccupied." It felt like he was just a voice on the phone used to lure people in. • The Hand-off: I was pawned off on Punith, who facilitated the visit but clearly wasn't empowered to honor the price I was promised. • The Price Jump: When I finally dealt with the manager, Vincent, he quoted me a price that was literally DOUBLE what was discussed on the phone. It is incredibly disrespectful to lie to a customer just to get them into the building, especially when that customer has young children in tow. I was there in good faith to help a friend buy a car, and instead, I was met with the most "shady" dealership tactics I’ve ever experienced. If you want a straightforward, honest experience, go to Folsom Chevrolet. Avoid Roseville Automall unless you want to be lied to by people like "Christian" and "Vincent." (Assuming Christian and Vincent are their actual names) If they dint like talking numbers on the call, they should have just told upfront and asked me to come down in person to proceed with discussing about numbers, it would be totally up to me if I would go down .

  Roseville Chevrolet is a great place to buy a vehicle. Professional and friendly staff. Told the salesman what I wanted and was instantly making a purchase of a new Chevy Silverado. Ed Gats the salesman that helped me was amazing to work with. If you looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend Roseville Chevrolet and ask for Ed, he is a fantastic guy to work with.
