    Again, we purchased a new vehicle from Roseville Chevrolet. We were greeted by a group of their friendly sales staff. Eventually met up with the sales rep that made contact after noticing I had been searching online for a specific type of vehicle. In the end, found what I wanted, they valued my trade-in and met my financial goal. Besides the Sales staff, been taking my Chevrolet vehicles to their Service department since moving to the area. Happy Camper.

    This dealership has been the worst experience I've ever had in my life!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!! I seen an advertisement in which I was interested in a vehicle so I was contacted by a sales rep Desmond....he made everything seem so smooth. He made me an appointment to come in and had already told me I would need a cosigner which was my mother that lives in Reno. So after me taking a 2 hr trip to Reno picking my mother we there and the sales guy isn't even there. So of course they treated me as if I just walked in with nothing prepared so I was already frustrated. They tried getting me to purchase a 2026 Chevy Trax which was not my choice.....I didn't like it. They told me that was the only vehicle I could get a approved for lol......so after wasting my time I drive another two hrs to take my mom home and another 2hrs to get back to my home. U got a call 2 days later staring that they "pulled some strings" and got me approved for the SUV that I wanted. So after going back n forth they were willing to send 2 of their drivers to Reno for my mom to sign her part of the contract. I finally went to pick up the 2018 Chevy Traverse that I wanted.....now over a month later I get a call stating they need to correct the registration in my window lol ...once again I go back and come to find out THEY LIED to get me to come in and waited until I got there to say they couldn't get funding from the bank so they need their truck back and offered me a ride home!!!!!!!!! After putting a down payment, purchasing insurance, and paying for an oil change! What a slap in the face! Mind u the finance manager Sherry text and told me it was in funding on January 23rd lol.....When I say not one person there is on the same page It's absolute RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! Sherry is telling me not to tell Desmond I talked to her ....he's saying don't say this just let me fix it lol.....mind u one of them even changed my social which I had already called them out on when I first went to the dealership!!!!! This is the worst experience I ever had and I will NEVER EVER take by business here again!!!!!

    I am shocked at the desperation of this sales team. I called and spoke to Christian on the phone mid January with some questions about the buying/leasing process. I have, since that conversation, received 2-3 phone calls nearly EVERY DAY from multiple different sales people and managers and every time I have requested they stop calling me. What solidified that I will NOT be doing business with this dealership was that this evening, Sunday, at nearly 8pm I receive a call from yet again another sales person desperately trying to get me to come in so “the sales manager can buy my Ford Fusion, would I want cash or a trade in”. I had to PLEAD with that person to stop calling me and make sure I am not called again. This is borderline harassment and incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. I would never purchase from them based on this incident.
