Elias at Quick Quack Car Wash was amazing! He was super helpful, polite, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about customers. Thanks to him, I’ll definitely be coming back!

As always a great experience at this car wash, staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. The service was quick, but very thorough — my car came out looking spotless. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail on the interior and wheels, especially the mat wash machine is awesome. Prices somewhere fair for the quality. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends.

Today I experienced extremely poor customer service from a manager at your Roseville Vineyard Quick Quack Car Wash location, which ultimately led me to cancel my memberships.
I visited the location to add a newly purchased vehicle to my existing account. We have purchased three vehicles this year, so my account has been updated accordingly in the past. I explained to the manager that on prior occasions I had contacted customer support for assistance, and when I was unable to get help, another manager had successfully made the updates on my behalf.
Despite this context, the manager, Elias, refused to assist me. He stated that my account had been updated “too many times” and indicated he was unwilling to help further. I provided my membership information, showed valid registration documentation for the vehicle I had sold (which matched the license plate on file), and reiterated that I am a paying member with over a year of history. Nevertheless, he dismissed the information, told me he would not wash my car, and instructed me to pull forward and leave.
The interaction was abrupt, dismissive, and completely inconsistent with the level of service I have previously received from Quick Quack. As a direct result of this experience, I canceled both of my Premium Ceramic memberships today, one on each of my cars.
I am sharing this feedback so leadership is aware of the situation and the impact this interaction had on a long-standing customer relationship.
I would appreciate acknowledgment of this issue and an understanding of how similar situations are intended to be handled in the future.
Sad to be leaving, my son loves seeing the ceramic duck projector when we go through the car wash.
