  I am extremely disappointed with this location. I visited the Quick Quack at 1590 Vineyard Rd in Roseville on February 25 around 7:00–7:30 PM, and during the wash my rear wiper assembly was broken on my 2016 Toyota Prius. This is not the first issue I’ve had here. Having vehicle parts damaged during a routine car wash is unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about equipment breaking components off their cars. I reported the damage immediately and am currently going through the claims process. I expect full responsibility to be taken. Management needs to seriously review equipment maintenance and quality control before more customers experience similar damage.

  Love coming to Quick Quack Car Wash. The prices are great and the quality of the car was is fantastic. I'll be coming back again!

  I usually go to the location in Lincoln, CA however the Roseville location is closer to my workplace so I stopped in earlier this week. I usually don’t leave reviews, however, I am so delighted by the customer service that Kat provided I felt compelled to share….. Kat greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed help. I advised her that the damp towels were out — she quickly retrieved more and brought them to me. She then confirmed I was good to go, all the while with a huge, friendly smile on her face. Kat really left me with a positive feeling and I am looking forward to seeing her again next time I stop at the Roseville location.

  Shane at quick quack on vineyard was awesome!! My wheels weren't getting very cleanso he sent me through the wash again and did a couple magic treatments and voila?! They were sparking clean!! What was really special was when he found me at my truck and checked on me personally to make sure that the issue had been resolved. Not many young men go the extra mile these days but he certainly did. Quick Quack, you've got a good employee on your hands, don't let him go. And Shane, bravo for a job well done!!
