Had a wonderful car buying experience at Niello Acura working with Abul Mehar(sales consultant), Sam Pal(sales manager), and Jonathan Martinez (finance manager). Very easy to work with and a no stress 1st class team and dealership. My pre-owned Acura TLX looks and feels like a brand new car and I feel great about my purchase. Also a shout out to Jimmy Groberski(sales manager) who also came by to say hello and made my wife and I feel at home. Highly recommend to go see the team at Niello Acura to purchase the next Acura of your dreams.

We recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura MDX from Niello and it was supposed to have gone through a 182-point inspection. When we got home we noticed the infotainment center had a red exclamation indicating an system update was needed. The system said it was last updated in early 2025 and this is February of 2026 when we purchased the car. We took it to our local Acura dealer (not Niello) and they had to do the update. I have serious doubts whether Niello performed the 182-point inspection as they should have identified need for a system update. Buyer beware.

Do not take your car here for service. Bought the extended warranty that the finance manager puts infront of you sand says “I challenge you to find anything on the car that’s not covered by the warranty.” The little compartment infront of the shifter wouldn’t stay open due to a failed clasp. I remember the finance manager telling me it would be covered. I take it in. The person that works at the service counter that’s worked there for over a decade says he is 100% not familiar with what the warranties that the company he works for sells. He says we’ll diagnose it but you have to pay a couple hundred dollar deposit and we’ll reach out to the warranty company to see if it is covered. He calls me back later that day and says it’s not covered and the estimate is over $2,000. I said you should talk to the finance manager because he assured me that just about everything except normal wear and tear like brakes, rotors, tires, is 100% covered. He said you’re welcome to talk to the finance manager and we aren’t going to give you any kind of discount for the repair because you never bring your car in here for maintenance… why would I work with you. Umm I don’t know - maybe because I bought a $50,000 vehicle and a $3,000 warranty thats supposed to cover everything that now apparently doesn’t cover a compartment failure. I say give me the phone # for the warranty company. I call them and speak to a rep that says, yes that part is covered. I call niello back and service guy says let me call because that’s not what they told me. He calls back and says ok it’s covered. We’ll refund that diagnostic fee but we found some other problems with your vehicle that needs maintenance: the cabin air filter, engine air filter, braked and rotors. I had just put in brand new K & N air filters in both so I knew he was full of it and declined the brakes (when i took it to my regular mechanic for brake inspection they said rotors are fine, dealerships lie all the time, that’s how we get a lot of business for inspections, and still have 70% pads). You liars - this is why people don’t service their vehicles at your dealership. But get this, when the repair is done, they broke the plastic housing around the shifter on driver side so it won’t properly snap and hold in place. If you just pull on it with your finger it moves a bunch. Wasn’t like that when I dropped it off and passenger side isn’t like that so the person that did the repair 100% broke it. I was so disgusted with this place after that. Didn’t even mention it to them because why would i want them punitively damaging something else on my car hoping i’ll return for repairs. This is the world we live in. Dishonest lifers like this guy that’s worked there over a decade get rewarded by their bosses by bringing in extra revenue by lying to customers that need maintenance and repairs. To literally tell me it’s not your job to know what your warranties cover and get a sassy mansplain attitude when your called on your lies just shows how horrible this place is to work with. If you go here for service you’ve been warned. And btw - when you leave a bad review they call you and text you repeatedly asking you to remove it. I got all the proof to show this is true so don’t even try it with a BS political response to this review Niello. Own it. You’re dishonest and not about the customer. It was a great buying experience, horrible service, so now I’ll never be back to buy another vehicle. We’re a family of 4 so that’s 4 customers you pissed off for life with your shady business practices.
