Free complimentary Lyft services to my home while waiting for the service process to complete and back to the dealership once the process was completed provided an awesome experience. Future Nissan of Roseville has apparently learned a few things about customer engagement and loyalty. They’ve earned my trust and respect.

He went and look through my car files to see what was already done and what needs to be fix. I told him that I need an oil change and tire rotation. I asked him when it will be done cause I had to pick up my son to school. He said in two hours and it was done at exactly 2 hours. They work very fast. Thank you for your hard work. I’ll definitely come to this location.

They replaced my transmission at 117,000 miles and it DID NOT last more than 20,000 miles in 2 1/2 years!!! And they don’t care! NO GOOD WILL ASSISTANCE with Nissan!! Tranny’s don’t last in their cars…

We’ve been bringing our car here for the past three years and have always had a great customer experience. However, this visit with Jeff was awful. His customer service skills were very poor, and the experience was disappointing compared to our previous visits.
