Asked for updates but never got them until I went and asked, service tech told me it was in when it wasn't. Asked for a rental car but told me they had none when they did. After driving from Yuba City I will try to get service at Yuba City Nissan. Also my name is Karen Bird not Higgins..... Not saying Nissan in Roseville is bad , I believe the young man who was helping me just didn't do his job well. My husband and I bought our 2025 Nissan Frontier from them and they were great.. :)
