  Do not bring your vehicles for warranty work, I had a transmission issue under warranty. I had issues before and had the transmission replaced (Nissan). The dealership claimed no issue with the transmission, I asked what diagnostic steps were taken, it was basically driving it and running the scanner, very basic. Like I said I had issues before and knew of more intricate diagnostics steps my previous dealer took to find proof the transmission was bad, this dealer refused to do those diagnostics without additional payment. Also THEY CHARGED ME $120 TO DO WARRANTY INSPECTION , they noted the $120 charge that with pen on the paper they gave and I believe was not noted in the system. To top off the advisor kept interrupting me on the phone and he just hung up me mid sentence after they had my car for 3 days without any updates, I had to call to find out the status of my car.

  I stopped in Nissan parts department to buy a new mug to go with my Nissan 2024 Aryia. I love the new layout that parts and accessories has remodeled and more organized. The best customer service always with a smile and makes you laugh. The product of my mug keeps my water cold for days. Great accessory that fits conveniently in my cupholder. Thanks Nissan
