The Future Nissan of Roseville team was fair in the negotiations and I got a great price on my new Nissan Armada! The whole process was very transparent and professional. They also had very good prices for the maintenance and extended warranty plans. They spent a lot of time showing me every electronic and other feature on the vehicle, the servicing process, etc. Brian, Jordan, Steven, Chris and everyone else I met in the sales, finance and service departments were all very helpful and I highly recommend Future Nissan of Roseville!

The response time is almost non-existent, and the communication leaves much to be desired. At this point, I cannot recommend their services. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored as a customer. I’ll update this review if they ever manage to call me back, but until then, I'm considering taking my business to Elk Grove instead. Save yourself the hassle!

Fast forward to yesterday I made an appointment two weeks ago to get the oil change. I get there and they’re trying to charge me and tell me that I do not get my first complementary oil change. I’ve never purchased a vehicle that did not offer their first complementary oil change very disappointed spoke to the general manager. He didn’t do anything about it. Spoke to finance again he didn’t do anything about it. Sales guy told me they can give me an employee discount, but I refused so I’m gonna go ahead and speak to consumer affairs cause I thought that was absolutely ridiculous after driving 45 minutes early in the morning with my kids just to get there and they will not help me out last time. I’m never referring anybody to the future automotive group cause they did nothing for me.
