They called me with a strong offer for my car, so I took the time to drive over expecting a fair and honest deal. But as soon as I arrived, they dropped the price by over $8,000 from their original offer — even though my car is basically brand new and in excellent condition. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and a complete waste of time. Very unprofessional and misleading. I will not be doing business with them again and I do not recommend them if you expect honesty or transparency.

Not sure why they bother wasting people’s time like this but don’t bother going here for their sales department that’s for sure. Plus the person told me they only do sales until 5PM but they actually do it until 8PM so this person has no idea what they’re doing.

When I calmly explained what we needed help with with, Jeff became visibly irritated and out of nowhere he said, "You need to back off and not talk to me like I'm stupid (I never thought or insinuated that he was)," and gestured towards his certificates saying that he didn't earn them "by being stupid." I was polite and respectful the entire time, so this outburst was completely unexpected and made the rest of the interaction very uncomfortable. I tried to reassure him that I wasn't questioning his knowledge or ability. Despite this, he continued to glare at me in silence. Eventually, I just asked if he could just please help us and he started to act more normal. When we left, I thanked him for his help, but he only glared again and walked away without a word. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unnecessarily tense. Totally, not what we expected when bringing our vehicle in to Nissan.
