Give Marcus a raise and a promotion. I bought an electric ford from him a few months ago and his service was excellent. He went above and beyond to get me the car. I have enjoyed driving my low mileage car everyday since he has sold it to me. He used no high pressure sales tactics and instead listened to what I wanted and helped me accomplish my goal of getting that car. If you have to get a car make sure you have Marcus sell it to you because he will have your back. Made an otherwise stressful buying situation and turned it into an enjoyable experience.

You are in the market for a vehicle? You must, must see Future Nissan in the Roseville Automall AND ASK FOR JORDAN HIWAJII. (Hope I spelled name correctly!!) Jordan goes out of his way to make you comfortable with an upbeat attitude and friendliness, trying really hard to please you!! He knew everything about the car I wanted and took the time I needed to explain the car to me!! Get Jordan to assist you and drive away with the vehicle you want... knowing you got the best terms AND price!! Great job, Jordan!!! Thank you!! Naila and John

My wife and I were looking to replace an old Lexus, and we were interested in Nissan's offerings. Car sales guys typically get a bad rep, but the sales rep who helped us, Kyle, was incredibly helpful, paid attention to detail, and it really felt like he heard what we wanted, without pressuring us into anything. He worked with all of our variables to help us trade in our old car and get us into our very first new car! A 2025 Nissan Altima SR. It was exactly what we were looking for and I'm grateful Kyle was the one who helped us, and the rest of his team were very helpful as well. We will be a return customer should we need a car in the future.

This was the worst experience of my life. To start I told the salesperson Mickey want I could afford and understood it would be hard, would understand if she couldn’t make it work. When I went in I was told the program I qualified for that I couldn’t shop for cars she would pick it for me. I thought the car was nice and then was told the payment would be much higher than I told her I could afford. She got the payment lower but still higher than I told her I was comfortable with. I went ahead and purchased it because I needed a car. Two days later the check engine light came on. I called her she set up service for four days later. I took it in and the service personCurtis told me he would keep me informed, but I didn’t hear from him until the next day when he told me the engine was blown. I asked when I would get my car back he said how would I know we have figure out who is gonna pay for it Nissan corporate or future Nissan of Roseville. Then we spoke to Dustin the general manager who acted like he was helping but really wasn’t asked my girlfriend to ask me to take down the honest review while he worked on the issue I did because I thought he would be less likely to help if I didn’t. Future Nissan ended up paying to fix it not corporate even though it should have been covered by corporate because it was a “certified select” vehicle. turns out the paperwork they were supposed to have verifying it went through the checkpoints to deem it certified select were missing so the dealership couldn’t get corporate to pay. After about a week or so of having the engine replaced, the ac started working on and off. When I first got the car it worked amazing, not anymore. Then took it in and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, but they emptied and refilled the refrigerant. When I got home I discovered they did t put the trim pieces back on so I had to do that. Once I had it back within ten minutes it stopped working called him and told him turned on max ac and it stopped in ten minutes he said we didn’t check that. Took it back and had it all day heard nothing until I called and he said that maybe their gauges were malfunctioning so they emptied and refilled the refrigerant again which is what they did before. Then he says he would know more in 45 minutes. When he called back he said the compressor was going out and it would be 2100 to fix it. I honestly don’t even know if they did the refrigerant twice or if he just forgot he told me that the first time. Also I forgot to mention when I got the car back from the engine replacement an entire trim piece around the windshield was missing, I went ahead and just replaced that myself because I was tired of dealing with the situation. So far my experience has been a high level of incompetence and potential shady dealings with this dealership lol

Future Nissan of Roseville has been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. If I could put 0 stars, I would. I leased a brand-new 2025 Nissan Kicks on 7/4/25, where I was then guided on how to fill out their survey about MY experience with them. I couldn’t answer honestly because I kept being told that this would count against the salesperson’s pay. By November —just a few months later—the vehicle already had serious mechanical issues. First, it was the EGR coolant and then the heater failed completely, and the car was dropped off a second time at the dealership on 11/28/25, where it sat for weeks, I never got the car back. The service department was incompetent and unresponsive. They could not diagnose or fix a basic heater issue on a brand-new vehicle, offered no real updates, and forced me to repeatedly chase them down for answers. I was stuck using a rental car while paying for a lease on a vehicle I couldn’t drive. Nothing would have been resolved if I hadn’t escalated the issue myself to Nissan Consumer Affairs. Only after weeks of frustration did Nissan Manufacturer step in and offer a buyback, which speaks volumes about how severe the issue was—and how badly this dealership handled it. The customer service throughout this ordeal was terrible from start to finish. No urgency, no ownership, no accountability. This dealership clearly does not stand behind the vehicles they sell or the customers they take money from. I would never recommend Nissan as a brand based on this experience, and I strongly warn people to avoid Future Nissan of Roseville at all costs. If you value your time, money, or sanity, go somewhere else.
