  First and foremost, the customer service that began on the telephone with my inquiry was with Matt. Matt was very much the personable professional customers I believe learn to trust ! He made me feel confident in my decision to go with Enterprise. In addition, some, if not most of my experiences as a woman in a “man’s world of “trucks, etc.” were sometimes excruciating if not frustrating. I was relieved and so glad that Matt was genuine and displayed more appreciation for his customer than the intimidation or dismissiveness. I was so appreciative of that. Rick and John were fabulous with hospitality that balanced the professionalism to perfection. I hope the men and women that are patrons also see those attributes and appreciate them as much as I did if not more. Ashley is a great asset to the staff and customers. She reached out to me to inquire and provide information about the return and options should I have needed an extension. She too was personable and presented a demeanor that we were on equal footing and did not give the air of superiority as I’ve experienced with other women in “man’s world of trucks and autos.” She’s smart and knowledgeable of the company and customer service. Great team!!! And oh the trucks! Clean, beautiful and pristine! Love it! !

  I really appreciate being able to get the truck I needed for my move at almost last moments notice. The customer service was very exceptional, friendly and professional. The lift gate truck was a must with what I needed to move, worked great and was available on a truck at the location. The truck ran well and was very clean. The transaction to rent the truck was easy and quick, great service. I will be renting from the Enterprise on Harding blvd, Roseville CA next time I need a vehicle. Thank you for a very exceptional experience
