    Mental went fine but when returning, I was asked if I wanted a ride back home, which I replied yes, the employee asked me how many minutes I lived from enterprise which I told him 13 minutes he said OK let me get a detailer to give you a ride home so I waited 45 minutes and then when the detailer was about to give me a ride home the lady just said oh we’re not allowed to give a ride home outside of Roseville, which I totally the lady I’ve already wasted 45 minutes sitting here waiting on a ride. Cost me to miss my appointment and I had to pay for an Uber, which I understand. Rules are rules, but educate your employees more so you do not waste your customers valuable time.

    I had an amazing experience with your team, particularly two gentlemen who helped me. I looked at several cars until I found just the right one. And then, due to my daughter's allergies I brought it back and they exchanged it without any problems . They were patient and very accommodating. I was taking a very long trip through some very harsh conditions and needed just the right vehicle. Their willingness to work with me to find the perfect car made a stressful situation much easier. Thanks for making this rental experience wonderful for myself and my two children!!!

    Bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales in March of 2025. They failed to report my car sale and are giving me the run around about form 15400 so I can submit my taxes for the clean vehicle credit. I have had to file complaints with the BBB and DMV. It’s been over two weeks. This is a ridiculous amount of work to get a paper they are legally required to give to me. The car I bought is fine, but dealing with them for anything is a hassle and not worth it. For this, I do not recommend working with them. Edit update: After reporting them to the BBB they contacted me and we found a resolution that worked out. I appreciate their efforts to make things right and correct their issue. For this, I would use them again in the future.

    Excessive wait time to pick up car: 75 minutes for what should have been an easy pickup that was scheduled in advance (not a walk in). Take your business to another rental car company, customer service did not help whatsoever EDIT- following customer service comment below- as of my original post above I already spoke to the manager of this location and to corporate customer service, who both led me in circles with no solution. Again, take your business elsewhere folks
