    They didn’t pick up as promised. Upon calling for status of ride (after waiting 45mins To be answered) I was informed that they were unaware of my request for pick up even though it was on my reservation. Had to have a friend drive me there, they made me wait 45 mins for car…which made me miss my doctors appointment. Which they were aware of. Not happy The doctor charged me for missed appointment.

    Enterprise rent a car employs people like Evan Bennett and Jeff Dalton who actively practice racial profiling, biases, and discrimination. If you are a person of color, Evan Bennett will not rent to you. Customer support connected me with Jeff Dalton who at the very top of the call started screaming at me for no reason, and when I calmly asked for his manager’s info. He hung up in my face.

    The whole experience was excellent. Jordan B. was friendly and helpful, the car was clean and well taken care of, my deposit was returned to me promptly the next day and the service was exemplary. Plus your location is 5 minutes from my house and after hours drop off was so convenient for my schedule. I Love Enterprise!
