They also fit me in despite being short staffed which I was grateful for. But I chose to leave out two due to having mixed feelings on the trustworthiness and effectiveness of the customer communication. Then again I'm not fully sure if I was the one at fault for my communication and decision making skills as a new car owner with little experience with mechanic shops. So take my review with a grain of salt. In general I advise all car owners to ask as many questions as possible- not having a full understanding of what's going on or what you need can cost you a pretty penny. Maybe if you have someone in your life with more car experience ask them what you should do.

Once my truck was done, Case pulled me in the bay to discuss some chat about my alignment results and some common issues with Tacomas in general. I love when I can chat directly with the person working on my rig, so that right there gave me confidence in trusting this local business for my future needs. - PHPete HNov 9, 20255.0WHAT A GREAT BUSINESS! I have been having an issue when braking and accelerating to and from a stop as I keep hearing a clicking noise. I have taken it to a couple of places and they could find no issue with it (though they heard the clicking noise) and said everything looks very good for car of this age. I have been trying to keep this car running for 3 more years as I am going to give it to friend who has 10 children who I have known since he was 9 and he would need a car(s) to let his children use as they approach adulthood. I, of course did not want to give him a car that might be dangerous to drive. The places I have taken it to (along with me) have said the noise was coming from the front - however Clark Frame said it was coming from the rear. To make a long story shorter - what they did was lubricate the contact points where the subframe connects to the unibody. I have no idea what that means but it fixed the issue. Now I feel more confident in giving the car to my friend (in a few years if it lasts) for his children to drive In closing I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs help with a noise coming from their car while driving (especially if you have taken it to other business and they can't pinpoint the problem). Extremely reasonable cost associated with the fix as I thought it would be much more.
