  Visited AutoZone for a battery test after needing to jumpstart my truck. Was told by Jesse Bell my battery was weak. He checked and found it was still under warranty and told me if I went home and pulled it out and brought it back I could exchange it for a new one. When I went to start up my truck it wouldn’t turn over. I went back into the store hoping to get a jump to get me home. Instead, Jesse grabbed a new battery and his tools and proceeded to install the new battery right there and then in the parking lot for me. Well above and beyond what I was expecting! I shopped this AutoZone store before and after this past experience will definitely continue to do us. Much appreciation to Jesse for taking such good care of me!

  I hate to do a bad review as the employees are great and the service is great. But they never have anything in stock. I have brand new and older cars and they don't seem to have any products for either. This seems to happen at all the AutoZone sites. Go to O'Reilly's if you want to make sure they have the parts. Or use JC Whitney online.

  I had car starting issues and they tested my battery for free. After discovering my battery was low on juice, they gave me a variety of options for new batteries. After purchasing a new battery, they installed the battery with no additional charge. 5 out of 5 star service and very professional.

  Auto Zone in Roseville is my go to spot when I need car parts. I stopped in for new headlights for my BMW 328i and the staff immediately helped me find the right ones. Everything is organized, easy to locate, and priced fairly. The store sits off Blue Oaks and Fiddyment in the same lot as Raleys, which makes errands fast and convenient. Always a reliable place for car parts in Roseville.

  I recently took my Ferrari out of storage and quickly realized I needed a new battery since the old one wouldn’t hold a charge. I stopped by our local AutoZone at Roseville and Federman, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. The store was exceptionally clean, and the staff greeted me warmly. Joe, in particular, assisted me—he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He handled the entire transaction smoothly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
