  I had car starting issues and they tested my battery for free. After discovering my battery was low on juice, they gave me a variety of options for new batteries. After purchasing a new battery, they installed the battery with no additional charge. 5 out of 5 star service and very professional.

  Auto Zone in Roseville is my go to spot when I need car parts. I stopped in for new headlights for my BMW 328i and the staff immediately helped me find the right ones. Everything is organized, easy to locate, and priced fairly. The store sits off Blue Oaks and Fiddyment in the same lot as Raleys, which makes errands fast and convenient. Always a reliable place for car parts in Roseville.

  I recently took my Ferrari out of storage and quickly realized I needed a new battery since the old one wouldn’t hold a charge. I stopped by our local AutoZone at Roseville and Federman, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. The store was exceptionally clean, and the staff greeted me warmly. Joe, in particular, assisted me—he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He handled the entire transaction smoothly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

  This place has a real issue with being helpful. I’ve been sold the incorrect sized cabin filter with no offer to help install. Ive purchased windshield wipers, again, no offer to help install. Annoyed after struggling, I drove to the AutoZone on Foothills to get help and guess what? Wrong size. I declined that stores offer to exchange and instead bought the correct one from them and returned the wrong one to the Blue Oaks store and it took three people to figure out the return. Another instance - I sent my teenager daughter in thinking maybe it was just an issue with middle aged women, nope. She walked in and was greeted and said she needed some help getting some extra oil for her mom’s car but … and the older guy cut her off and said oil is on the back wall, you should be able to find what you’re looking for. She walked back there and was so embarrassed she said she just looked for a few minutes and walked out (she was the only customer in the store and said he didn’t even look up as she left). This collection is only three of many experiences across at least a year or more of time. It’s not a one off thing. There is a serious issue here. The convenience of the store location is shockingly overwhelmed by the lack of aptitude and helpfulness of the staff.
