- SGSherlette Gentle5 days ago1.0I will not set foot in this store again. They refuse to help me this morning. I went to buy a fuse for my car. I told them year and model. They told me that they couldn't pull in up on the computer because they don't know what im asking. I said if I pull in up on my phone will that help? Which i did. I showed it the young man. It says what it is on my phone, he told me that it doesn't help him help. And the lady next to him started talking a bunch of bs. I went to another store told them what I was looking for, and they gave me exactly what I pulled up on my phone. Got the car fix and I am happy. Shame on the employees. That refused to help knowing its their job.

I had been waiting for roadside service out in the parking lot as my battery had died and after almost 2 hours waiting I decided to walk in to the AutoZone and ask for some help. Nancy quickly said sure and proceeded to help me jump my car. It's rare sometimes to find someone to help with a smile. Thanks again for everything. Have a blessed holiday.
