Our salesman, Tyler listened to all our needs and wants and even though when we came in we were really unsure if we even wanted to buy, he spent his time and showed us really great options. He was careful not to show us things out of our price range (and weight limit) and we felt very heard and understood. We did end up buying, and the whole process was just as easy. I appreciated the person who did our orientation (can’t remember his name but he was great) and even finance. Overall we’re very happy with our experience! Thank you Tyler & camping world team!

- SHScott HodgesApr 7, 20263.0Salesmen was rad went to pick up the trailer at agreed time even showed up a half hour early like i was asked and waited almost a hour in the lobby before anyone sat down with us then took until after closing to get us out of there and we were out kinda kicked out the door. Got a little help trying to get the trailer hooked up. got it home and the awning doesn’t work first hour of buying a brand new trailer! Feel like once they got you signing paperwork customer service goes out the window going to have to bring it back in to see whats going on with the awning hoping for a better experience but not going to hold my breath. Not to happy with the experience but might have just been one of those days for them. Everybody was really nice just feel like they dropped the ball on us and I take stuff personal.
