I went and exchanged them for OE models and still had the wrong ones. My wife was going out shopping so I told her to return them for me. When she got to store, Aaron told her he’ll get her the right ones. Indeed he did and installed them too! Thank you Aaron C. we are truly grateful.

From the moment I approached the counter, he seemed completely uninterested in helping. He barely acknowledged me, avoided eye contact, and acted like assisting customers was a burden. When I asked for help finding a specific part, Ed gave vague answers and didn’t even try to check the system or walk me through options. Instead, he pointed in a general direction and told me to “look over there.” It felt dismissive and unprofessional. What stood out the most was his lack of effort—he appeared lazy, unwilling to engage, and showed no sense of customer service. I left the store without the help I needed and with a very negative impression. Overall, this experience reflected poorly on the store. Customer service should be helpful, respectful, and attentive—none of which I received from Ed.
