I got a copy of the invoice to my email for today’s service and it of course had all of our personal information like our email, address, names, and cell phone number. Why would you assume it’s the same owner and give all of our personal information to this random stranger?! Please get our information off the account and make sure all of our employees check to see it’s the correct information before proceeding service! According to the invoice, it was done by these service team members. - AOAracely OrtegaNov 6, 20253.0Not the best location anymore. I got an oil change then a light came on saying I needed an oil change again. I called three times and they all said to go in person to resolve the issue since it's showing on my dashboard. I'm not a car person, so I don't know much other than the basics. I go and they said that because I said no to them touching that specific reset button that, that's why it was on. I explained that why couldn't that have been told over the phone to see if that was the issue so that I didn't need to drive over for that. I also explained that I've come to Valvoline for years and never have I had that problem. But the blame was shifted back to me for responding no to a question that was never asked honestly or even explained on what it meant even if it was. Which I explained to them. Talking fast and rapidly during an oil change when there's no other car but mine isn't doing me any help cause now I wasted gas, got up early before work, got my husband to watch the kids instead of sleeping in on his day off, while my son has a fever just to go get a light switched off sucks. They don't know that for some people, it's difficult to even get this kind of stuff done. I've serviced all my vehicles at Valvoline and to be honest, they were nice but not informative at this location, never going back to that spot. Downey is much better.
