  Added insurance coverage. Sales person was busy so I didn’t get a price. $595 for 9 days seemed excessive. It also just had to be the amount of the deposit for a rental car being paid by Car Insurance.

  The customer service at Rohnert Park where we picked up the car and at SFO where we dropped it off was excellent. Kudos to Joshua (RP) and Rami (SFO)

  Any time I need to rent a car no matter where I am I will rent from this specific Enterprise. The management is great, and the employees at this branch are amazing as well. They take care of my older mother whenever she needs to rent a car, they're beyond helpful, kind, informative. Not to mention their pricing is always great, if you add their service on top of that you really can't beat it. Do yourself a favor, if you need to rent a car, come to this Enterprise. Hopefully they're smart enough to give Josh and the other employees a raise and do whatever they can do keep them there.

  Although perhaps due to holiday most smaller cars were rent out but Staff was very polite, kind and understanding. Will recommend using this location of enterprise
