My wife’s car would not start and she called AutoZone to see if they could give any advice or look at the battery. Iris came out and offered some personal advice to get the car started. Just because of her going above and beyond, I will be sure to visit AutoZone Rohnert Park for my auto parts needs.

I shop here sometimes for auto items, but I had bought 2 batteries for my truck (it has two batteries) at Costco, and found out they wouldn’t help me put them in… So I wasn’t sure what to do. I went to Autozone and told them I could put them in myself if they could just help me figure out what the right tools were that I needed. Jorge immediately stepped up and said no way I’ll help you out, it’s no problem. He proceeded to take out BOTH old batteries and put the new ones in, just in the spirit of customer care. Jorge was so kind and so helpful, and really went above and beyond for us. All of the employees in the store were sooo nice and helpful. I can’t express enough how amazing they are at this location. Hands down they have earned a loyal and exclusive auto parts customer. I’ll never go anywhere else to buy any parts or supplies for my vehicle again! Just amazing. 🤩
