  On February 27, I took my car to speedy oil in Rocklin on Pacific Avenue for an oil change on my 03 Toyota Avalon. When I arrived, I spoke to Jack the manager and told him that I thought I might need the bushings replaced on the rear sway bar because I had been hearing a clunking noise when driving on a bumpy road or going over bumps. He asked me to bring the car back in the morning at 8 AM and they would put it up on the rack and look for anything that might be causing the clunking noise. I took my car back the following day promptly at 8:00 am. Jack gave me a ride home and took my car back to the shop. Around 2 PM that same day Jack called and told me that they had thoroughly examine my car and could not find anything loose that could be causing the clunking noise. He came and picked me up and took me back to Speedee Oil where I dropped him off. When I asked how much I owed him he said “No charge, don’t wanna charge you for not doing anything”. I told him that they spent time troubleshooting and he again said no charge. I was totally amazed and pleased because you just don’t find businesses these days that will perform a service and not charge you for it. I have been taking my Toyota Avalon to speedee oil for oil changes and maintenance for many years now. They have always treated me right. They are all professional, courteous, and very reliable.   Leanna and the gang gave me a totally positive, painless oil change experience. They helped me find the best coupon for my dollar, provided exceptional customer service, provided a 17 point QC check and got me in and out ON MY LUNCH BREAK. Thank you SpeeDee! See you next time! :)

  Wonderful experience, quick, efficient, with kind and professional employees. The price was quite reasonable for an oil change, they went above and beyond with cleaning.

  I have been going to SpeeDee in Rocklin for many years. I have moved around and owned several different vehicles but I keep going to this location because of the customer service and friendly atmosphere. You can watch your vehicle through the window at the counter or on the monitors of each bay. You will always be greeted quickly and warmly. They have a sign at their counter that says “We appreciate you” and through the years of visiting them I feel strongly that is an extremely true statement

  Really great experience. My service technician Marcus was calm, personable, considerate and informative. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take approx 40 minutes, and he was quite accurate. It’s such a nice personal touch that they walk you through all 17 checkpoints in the end and oh my goodness, getting my car vacuumed, and the inside of my windows cleaned as simple a pet of their service??!! It’s a dream! It’s also nice that they have coupons for discounts. The folks working there seem to enjoy their jobs at each other, which is really nice to see and be around. As a woman in her 50s I saw two other women there older than me who looked very comfortable being there as well. That’s a good sign. I’ll definitely be going back.
