  I have been here twice in the past month or so with my 2012 tacoma v6. I allocated a lift kit from an online website and goodyear was the only shop within like 30 mins of myself to install take in parts. They instructed me to drop the truck off overnight at 4p on friday and pick it up near closing the next day. (Large job) they called me on saturday at 12:30p to inform me my truck was done! They not only did a very good job, but they finished very quickly. The second time, I was getting larger All terrain put on my vehicle and they promptly allocated these tires... and had them installed in roughly 2 hrs at a very reasonable price swell. ERIC helped me both times and I was skeptical of the fit and ride of these major upgrades. Both times he shared with me his extensive personal experience and knowledge to assure me these parts would fit. He knew what he was talking about, he was very straight to the point and quick but still very detailed and precise. He understood what I wanted and hoped for. ERIC was also very respectful, honest, approachable and helpful. He would return my calls in record time and leave nothing out. My truck is looking awesome now thanks to him!!!! The two qualities that stuck out to me about goodyear and their employees was their fast times and exceptional top notch customer service. Thank you ERIC!!!!😁😁😁😁😁🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🤟🤟🤟

  I had such a great experience and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted warmly and felt confident that my car was in good hands. They were absolutely outstanding with their customer service. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I understood what was being done. Their professionalism and friendly personalities really stood out and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy.

  They’re nice people, but terrible technicians. Here’s my issues with them: The technician sheared a bolt while removing my old brakes and they tried charging me for the replacement part. My problem isn’t that they sheared it. My issue is they lied. Their representative told me they never use impacts and only use hand tools when they work on brakes. I was standing outside watching him work with an impact. It’s such a dumb thing to lie about. I had an appointment for a tire and brake change. It still took them 4 hours to even look at my car. It took them 8 hours to finish the job with an appointment. I watched them turn away other people with appointments because they kept taking walk-ins with a short staff. The management doesn’t look at your appointment before you come in. I promise you. They told me my wheels were in desperate need of an alignment. By the time they finished, my wheels were still in the red and they had only moved one of them. They said it was due to the “manufacturers specs.” That’s not how that works. I had an a/c line break 4 times (replaced by this Goodyear twice) and they could not diagnose the problem. They said they could do a dye test and accidentally sprayed dye all over the inside of the car. They didn’t bother to find out where it was leaking from. The entire point of a dye test is to see where a leak is. I asked them to diagnose a rattle in my engine compartment. They said it was the exhaust pipe. It wasn’t. My motor mounts were worn and my engine was vibrating. TLDR, they will waste your time and charge you hundreds of dollars to create more problems. They may even charge you for the privilege.
