I Arrived and checked in at 10:20 and was told the vehicle would be done in a hour and a half. I told the gentleman I would be waiting on site and that time would work. Unfortunately this place does not uphold appointment times or respect the customers time, as I waited there for an hour and a half and my vehicle was never touched or moved once. When I asked the gentleman sitting on his cell phone at the front desk how much longer it would be, his response was at least a few more hours. Unless you have 4 hours to spare for a basic 45 minute oil change, I would avoid this location at all costs. I would even understand if they had some crazy special on the service marking it down, but the cost is more than other locations around the corner. You used to pay more for the convenience of having an appointment and knowing the time it would be competed by as promised. Unfortunately that's no longer the case.
