  Awesome service and quicker than I expected! They ran a quick diagnostic and gave me everything wrong with the car or things that needed to be handled. They offer much more than just oil changes. They even added air to a tire that was low. 10/10

  James was so nice and professional and Kevin was so concise and knowledgeable when explaining why I was having issues with my car. Kevin the manager introduced himself and thoroughly explained the processes while opening up a line of communication that allowed me to ask questions without feeling dumb. The customer service here is freakishly unworldly. Will be back in 3000 miles.

  Great service! Quick, cheap and efficient! I had Jaime and that bro is an angel. So nice and respectful and more importantly while asking for all the different stuff I needed to do he wasn't forceful with it and respectfully accepted when I declined

  I started losing faith in some these guys at valvoline I drive a fleet vehicle and go to valvolines all over so cal. The last 2 months the Norco location and and Riverside have restored my faith in these guys capabilities and knowledge. Very well spoken, knowledgeable and efficient . At most valvolines this is not the case.

  The experience at this location Valvoline was superb! Not only was Antonio professional and kind, he explained everything that was happening at every point. He was clear with his crew and honestly, it felt like NASCAR pit crew, or Seattle International Raceway (I’m from Washington). Well done crew and thanks for the safety checks for our drive home!
