  We had a reservation but when we arrived there was no car for us and the guy behind a front desk was totally unhelpful jerk. I do not recommend.

  Returning the car, it had just over a half tank. I took a picture of the gas before leaving. But they wanted to charge me $20 because it was just slightly below the point it was when leaving. I had to take it down and get 1 gallon of gas to bring it past the half way point further than what it was when I received it. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. There should never be a despute about how far between the lines the meter reads. I was told I was 3 gallons short on a 12 gallon tank. 25% is not between the lines. Unacceptable.

  Swift and friendly staff. I liked how easy the whole transaction went. I was happy with the car I was assigned to.

  Accommodating, Budget told us that the large suv that we reserved back in January wasn't available 4 days before our trip. I called Enterprise and you said that you would have one available, so we booked through Costco. The lady who we picked up the car from and the gentleman that greeted us upon return were super kind and professional. Will definitely be renting again. Thank you Enterprise for helping our family make memories over spring break!

  Please be careful. They will run your credit card on the same day at another business nearby or so. Someone charged $700 on my card soon after I paid $100 deposit at this Enterprise location. I called the “ manager “ to notify. Hard to believe this young blonde lady with long hair was the manager, when she replied about my concerns stating, “No one here will steal your credit card number! They know much better, employees here have gotten in trouble for that same reason. And no one lives near the location where they used your credit card.”. I had to remind poor “ naive manager “ lady that transactions can be made over the phone when you have the zip code on a cc. Shame on you!!! (New credit card with zero balance was used at this place for deposit on a rental) and coincidentally the person who confirmed my home address and ZIP Code, was this so called “manager”!!
