At the end, the manager, Brian came and introduced himself and provided extra help by running diagnostic tool and explaining things in further detail.

When I pointed out that it was affixed securely when I arrived, he said that it was my fault because I probably damaged it during a collision. I told him that that was not the case and that it could’ve been the technician who removed it that could’ve damaged it. He responded by giving me a mean stare and said he was going to throw it away. Nothing was done to ameliorate the situation other than placing the blame on me by affirming a supposition that he made up to shift blame to me.
