  KEEP YOUR CAR AWAY AND IT WILL BE SAFER. First time and my screw at the bottom of the car went missing. When I told them it was stolen during oil change, they came up with 20 excuses AND BLAMED ME. I go in with no problems for an oil change, I came out with missing screws and manager blaming ME. SAVE YOUR CAR, SAVE YOUR SCREWS, SAVE YOURSELF FROM FUTURE ISSUES.

  First time coming to an instant oil change service, for context. I arrive and there are three cars having their oil changed at the same time, with no one else waiting in line. I line up behind a car and am waiting 10-15 minutes without anyone having come up to me at this point. Eventually, another person drives up and is immediately greeted and let known where to go, before I make confused eye-contact with the person who greeted them, given I wasn't told anything. After a few minutes, the man working there walks over to my car and lets me know to get into a different lane that will be finishing soon, so I do so. Turns out the person who arrived after me was placed into a lane that finished first, while I was placed into a lane that still needed more time, despite the additional time I spent waiting without having been instructed on where to go. Seeing that someone who had just gotten there was immediately greeted while I was only greeted shortly afterwards, despite having been in line for more than 10 minutes was already not the best experience, but something I was willing to let go. Realizing that I was given a spot where I would be waiting for an additional length of time after the person who got there 10 minutes after me was awful and enough to get me to leave. For context, if you are going there alone as a woman and don't have a newer model car, I would advise you not to go by yourself (or without a male companion). The whole experience felt discriminatory in and of itself.

  My son and I both brought our vehicles and were able to pull into open bays. They were well staffed to tackle both vehicles at once. It was my sons first time changing his oil so he was engaged in all the services that were offered. We were both out in 15 minutes.

  DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. Took car for $100 synthetic oil change. Came out ALL MY SCREWS WENT MISSING. Brian "the manager" when I complained pretty much insinuated that I took out the screws myself. AND THEN I HAVE TO GO ON HIS CONVINIENCE TO FIX HIS EMPLOYEES MISTAKE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. MY WHOLE FAMILY WILL NEVER COME AGAIN

  Went in for an oil change and two days later my splash shield under the engine was not screwed right and it started scrapping the bottom. Now I have to take time of my day to fix it and money to get new screws. AWFUL awful Follow up. They called me and blamed me after. I trusted them with my car and left with a damaged car. Then they cover themselves rather than fixing the issue. Apparently after you buy a car and take it to valvoline ALL the screws under just happen to dissappear. Must have been some toyota ghost.
