  Took my car in to get an oil change and a coolant flush, changing the oil went smoothly but they forgot to put air in my tires. Then they told me to pull forward to do the flush, they finished that and I thought everything went okay but as soon as I got home my coolant hose ruptured. Don’t know how but after that coolant flush they didn’t clamp it right or made it tight. So I had to head to Autozone to spend money on new parts, terrible service and messy job. They left oil hand prints on my hood and didn’t do the coolant flush properly, never coming again to a valvoline and rather do it at home.

  Just went through here for an oil change and I'm very satisfied! The workers were great. They fixed my turn signal light, topped off my coolant AND replaced my cabin filter in addition to the oil change & that came out to $138. I was ready to pay and the guy told me to first go on my phone and look up Valvoline coupons and because of that I got 20% off! Ended up being just over $100. THAT was awesome of him to do. I would have rated 5 stars without him even doing that - but because he did I'm jumping on here and rating 5 stars IMMEDIATELY. Thank you so much to all of you - sincerely! 🙏🏻😌

  Had a great experience at Valvoline. The staff was super helpful and explained everything clearly. It was fast, convenient, and I didn’t even have to get out of my car 😅 Definitely made getting my transmission fluid changed easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  As a regular customer I came in to get a tire pressure filled and was denied by Anthony, he told me that he had to ask his manager in order to check my tire pressure, will definitely not be returning.
