Everyone was was professional and kind and the price was reasonable, but upon leaving as I drove off my front driver’s WHEEL started to fall off! I knew something was wrong immediately and got about halfway down the street and turned around to go back. That’s when a bad situation got scary, not knowing exactly what the issue was at the time I slowly started to turn around which made my tire come closer to being completely off and I almost got into a accident! I also had my 2 small children in the car with me! With my hazards on I slowly pulled back into the parking lot panicked from almost getting in a car accident and told them something was really wrong with my car. 2 men walked over to check it and the younger guy that was working on my car instantly says “oh my gosh your wheel is about to fall off, I apologize”. Upon further inspection more damage was done and parts had to be replaced. They did give me a refund and fixed the damage at no cost and the manager was very apologetic. But this mistake should never have happened in the first place, this one mistake put my babies and myself in a scary situation and in danger, it caused so much unnecessary stress and anxiety for us. I’m really hoping that the employee who was at fault for this big mistake will be dealt with and this error will not be repeated or taken lightly by management.
