I highly advise not to trust this shop. When my wife and I picked up our Odyssey after being in their shop for 10 days, the check engine light was on. Michael used his engine diagnostic tool, and said bank 1 and 2 O2 sensors needed to be changed out. Anthony, the Asst Mgr seemed all too primed in retrospect, ready to sell me 2 sensors for $840. My wisdom told me to take the van out of there and to a Honda dealership. After telling them the story, the Honda mechanic told me it doesn't sound right, opened the hood and immediately saw the dog gone o2 sensors were not plugged in. Lisa at Tire Choice tried to tell me when the work was done, the check engine light wasn't on. The Honda mechanic told me no way....with the sensors not plugged in, the check engine light would automatically be on. So he plugged them in, reset the brain, and the check engine light is not on after driving it a lot for 2 days. So these people at Tire Choice are liars. In February of 2025 they over tightened my valve covers, oil leaked, fouled 2 ignition coils and stripped out threads. That's why it was brought in 10 days ago. They couldn't get a new valve cover gasket to seal and not leak, broke a bolt, had to call in another vendor because they couldn't perform a simple task like extracting the broken bolt and installing a heli coil, 10 days in their shop....bolts do break, that not the issue in itself. They were shown to be incompetent in February, and with this terrible experience here in December, terribly incompetent. And I believe they tried to sell me something I didn't need on purpose.

Thank you so much. Michael Falls and Lisa Carrillo were incredibly helpful, professional, and sincere auto shop employees. Even though they were about to close after a long, demanding workday, they were willing to take my car in for a tire repair.
My family and I would have been stranded in the rain if it weren’t for them. They took care of the front passenger tire and made sure we got home safely. Otherwise, we would have been forced to find a quick place to stay overnight and wait until the next day for repairs.

2 1/2 hour Tire patch on 1 tire
I got a screw in my tire and searched the closest tire repair which was tire choice. I asked if they could patch the hole and it seemed like no problem and they had a tech working on it immediately. They pull in the truck then open the hood and are doing some test. So I asked why they are under the hood for a tire patch. The manager said it is required by law to check the battery and tread depth which took the tech 30 minutes on a 2025 vehicle. That time could have been spent on actually repairing the actual tire. After a hour and 20 minutes and $18 he was done with the patch.
I get home and noticed the original weights are on the wheels. So I call and ask if they balanced the tire which it says they did on the paperwork but the tech said no they did not balance the tire. So I have to go back to get the tire balanced. Mike at the counter was apologetic and said it would be taken care of right away. I stood around and watch this tech take a hour to balance one tire. The manager was aware of this because she checked on him several times but never apologized about what was going on. The tech has his tools 20ft away from where he is working going back and forth to get tools and taking his time not to move to fast. Tires were also aired up to 80 psi when they say max pressure is 65 psi.
I will never go here again
