  Earl was amazing, professional and so efficient, that I do not see where my windshield was originally cracked, that is how much of an amazing job he did. Safelite is awesome!

  My original appointment had to be rescheduled because the windshield for my vehicle was not in stock. However, when the new appointment was scheduled, the location was changed from my home (mobile service) to their shop without my knowledge or consent. On the day of service, I waited at my home until the scheduled appointment time. When no technician arrived, I attempted to call but was routed through multiple automated prompts that ultimately disconnected the call. After reviewing the confirmation text message link more closely, I discovered that the service location had been changed to the shop. By the time I arrived, I was approximately 30 minutes late. I was initially told I would need to reschedule and then informed that I could be worked in after other appointments. I was advised the wait time would now be between three to five hours, despite originally being scheduled for a three-hour install. As a result of this scheduling error and lack of communication, I incurred $40 in Lyft transportation expenses ($20 each way). Ironically, I was notified only 1½ hours later that my vehicle was ready, and upon returning, it took an additional 15 minutes to resolve the payment process. This situation was entirely preventable and caused unnecessary inconvenience and expense. Not to worry, I will do my very best to avoid coming back to this shop at all costs.

  Had a Porsche Cayenne broken into out in east LA (don’t park nice cars on the street there, people…even if only for a short time). Sucky situation all around but Safelite handled it with a personable touch, start to finish. After sub-par support from insurance and the local Porsche dealer, they were a breath of fresh air… like, you’d be surprised at how far a “damn, sorry that happened” goes when dealing with theft and violated property. Beyond the great service, the result of the newly installed back passenger window speaks for itself. Very happy and relieved I didn’t have to break the bank to get this situation handled. Thanks boys!

  Knowledgeable, kind, and professional staff. It was easy to set up an appointment on their website. I arranged for a mobile visit, but they informed me that I needed to bring my car to the shop because it was a bit more labor intensive. It was not a problem. I appreciated that they knew ahead of time. Overall, an A+ experience.

  If I could give this place Zero stars I would. The tech you sent was sketchy from the beginning in the 10 plus years I have used safelite I have had presitne service until today. I knew I should have rescheduled when the tech told me my crack which was the size of a tictac could not be patched. He would have to make the Crack bigger in order to fill the Crack and that may Crack my wind shield but he would be more than happy to schedule a full windshield repair, I would just have to pay my deductible. I have never ever in the years of using Safelite have had a tech ever tell me they could not fix my tiny size Crack or tell me they have to make the crack bigger to fix. When I questioned the techs experience Ruben got super defensive and said he is just telling me like it is. Everyone knows how hard it is to take the time off work to deal with these issues in which I did. Ruben ended up cracking my windshield in a second. He then said see it's cracked now you need a new windshield. Like shit I do, if I recall if it's the size of a dollar it's fixable. When my husband took a dollar out of his pocket to compare the size, Ruben stuck his tool back in the hole and Maliciously cracked my windshield more and said see its bigger than a dollar. You can just imagine how shocked and livid I was!!!!! I asked to speak with his supervisor which had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and just kept repeating that I needed to come in for a new windshield. I do not know what shady business is going here but seems like the tech and manager are in on it. Oh and the manager said there was no other higher up than him that I could talk to. TAKE YOUR REPAIRS TO HONEST BUSINESSES AND NOT HERE!!!!!
