  I only wanted a quick car wash before my road trip, but the sales representative sold me on the Ceramic Duck membership, which normally costs $39.99 and was supposedly discounted to $19.99 for a monthly special. I agreed to the $19.99 price — but was charged $39.99 instead. The sales rep (Julian) told me he couldn’t help me with the over charge and had to cancel the membership to try and fix the billing mistake, but he didn’t fix anything. He then said I would need to call customer service myself. I had to spend my own time fixing their billing mistake. Customer service told me they would refund me $19.99. I finally received my refund and it’s only for $12.00 because they are charging me for a single car wash since Julian cancelled my membership. So now I basically paid for an overpriced single wash that I never would have purchased in the first place. To make matters worse, when I lowered my window to ask for the customer number related to my refund, the representative accidentally hit the hose and sprayed water into my car, getting me and the inside of my vehicle wet. What should have been a quick, simple stop before a trip turned into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Needles to say I will not be coming back to any Quick Quack car wash locations.

  I work just up the street from this location that’s why I purchased an account for the convenience. Over the past 2 weeks this place has opened late 4 times that average is crazy! The employee comes up and gives his well practiced excuse and sends all cars that have been waiting for them to open on time at 7am. Does anyone in management know what’s going on? Why is this being allowed- sooner or later reviews like this will flood this place and people will stop coming - FIX IT Update : 2/4- late opening again, 2/25 - no one came out to tell all 5 cars they would not open on time again - we just left
