  My visit to this quack quack car wash was pleasant. Very nice employees and it’s conveniently located near shopping centers. Suction on vacuums are strong and plenty of towels to dry my car. Will visit again when I’m on this side on town.

  Came to this brand new location and had a great experience! They’re having a deal for 9.99 for the first month and the customer service was great! Everyone was nice and friendly.

  Took my car through their wash today to try out this new location. I have a quick quack membership so I was happy to use it at this location. I have racks on the top of my car and have never had an issue with any other quick quack location. I pull up to the gate and specifically ask the employee to make sure the top brush doesn’t go down due to my top racks, as I do at any location just to be safe. The employee then questions me saying multiple questions like, “so you don’t want the brush to go down?”, “okay so you don’t want anything touching the top?”. This went back and forth for a little while when it shouldn’t have and made uncomfortable and unsure as he kept questioning what I was saying. If you work there I should be trusting you to know what I meant by not letting the brush come down. I then get in the tunnel and the top brush comes down on my car with top racks. If you know anything about car washes you should know, they are to not allow the top brush to come down with any car that has top racks. This situation was frustrating, unprofessional, made me feel uncared for, and made my experience upsetting.
