  Words can’t express how thankful I am to have purchased a vehicle from Makhi at Walters MB or Riverside. Makhi was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with the way he offered his experience & expertise, like a real human, not some GREEDY, PUSHY SALESMAN. Makhi, listened to me and made sure he made me aware of all specials and promotions available for what I was looking for.   I want to thank the Service Advisor ROSS GEIGER for taking care of me with EXCELLENCE⭐️ He was very welcoming since the beginning. He genuinely seemed happy to help me out and his caring response to my vehicle concerns really gave me peace of mind. Reassured me, everything will be taken care of and his help and this experience made me proud to own a Mercedes. I also want to thank MATT for the inspection video, he did an amazing job at explaining what needed to be done and why without over explaining! Absolutely pleased with this location, 5 - stars from someone who admires companies that excel at taking care of their customers!   Just bought a new 2026 E Class sedan from Walter's MB in Riverside. I am a retail business owner, so i know a little about customer service. We bought the car from afar, thru emails, texts, and phone as we are in La Quinta, CA an hour & a half away....and Walter's was the closest dealer with the color combo & upgrades we wanted... Wow, Raul flat out took care of us and made it so easy. He is professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and even chuckled at my corny sense of humor. He's the best! Same with the finance guy, and the young man who delivered it to our house. Travis. He helped us connect our phones, download the MB app, and gave us a crash course on how to use the car's technology. Top notch service. Best car buying experience ever!

  We were assisted by Nolan Hays and had a really good experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. We were stuck between a GLA and a GLB, and honestly his input is what helped us finally decide. We originally came in for a specific GLB, but it had already sold. Luckily, they had a lot of options on the lot, so we still had plenty to look at. It was actually a hard decision because all the cars were great. Nolan took his time with us and made sure everything was handled before we left. Overall, super smooth experience. Definitely ask for him if you go in!

  We had been searching for a Mercedes Certified Pre-Owned vehicle for quite some time and visited several dealerships before finally finding the right one at Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. Makhi may be young, but he is incredibly enthusiastic and completely changed my perception of car sales professionals. Even though we were purchasing a CPO vehicle, he took the time to thoroughly explain every feature of the car — repeatedly. And I truly mean repeatedly. He patiently went over the functions again and again for my wife and me, as we are not particularly tech-savvy. His knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of working with Desiree to finalize the price of our dream car. Unlike some salespeople at other dealerships who try to distract you with unnecessary add-ons or confusing details, Desiree was honest, straightforward, and highly professional during the negotiation process.
