    This is a very busy branch, in the heart of Riverside's Auto Center, there is always a line at the counter. Recent visits (two consecutive weekends with four vehicles rented) had issues with substitutions and contract policies. Reservation was for Premium level SUVs, but were told of a last minute unavailability for one vehicle and were offered instead a van. Also, the vehicles offered were not up to the Suburban class. We were after the bigger cargo space and it was tight packing it all in for 7 passengers and their bags. Having had several rentals from Enterprise before, they are usually very good in their service towards customers, and past experiences at other branches were very satisfactory. Must mention that it was Enterprise employee Lawrence who was the most helpful. He took the time the first weekend to explain the contract and point out the features and controls of the vehicle. Enterprise is our go-to car rental place, but we recommend avoiding renting at this branch unless it's not possible to rent at different Enterprise branch.

    The staff at the Riverside Auto Center location are absolutely the best!! They are polite, friendly and go out of their way to help me. They have never been rude or dismissive. I’ll only rent from this location!!! Thanks guys!!!

    Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t leave many reviews, but this location has consistently given me a horrible experience. I frequently get put on hold so long the call drops. I am told to call departments that have nothing to do with what I am asking. Horribly managed business.

    Upon renting I was notified I’m on the do not rent list by an error made within the company. I had to call several numbers and talk to several people to clear my name when I had all the evidence at the counter. After renting the vehicle thru Audi dealership while my car is being serviced I received a call from a representative to call back regarding closing of my contract. I tried for 6 hours to get someone on the phone in which no one ever answered the calls. This is simply why I couldn’t recommend any one ever coming to this branch to rent a vehicle.
