I was given a 5-seater vehicle even though I needed something bigger and was told they would look for a larger vehicle for me. The young man who dropped the car off said he would check and get back to me, but he never did. I had to repeatedly text him, and each time I was told “we’re looking for something bigger,” with no follow-up or solution. On top of that, the car shook badly while driving. I reported this issue, and John even admitted that another customer had complained about the shaking before, but said he personally “never felt it.” Nothing was done to address the issue or offer a different vehicle, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. I was also told by John that as long as the car had some gas in it when returned, it would be fine. However, when I dropped the car off, I was charged for gas anyway. When I explained what I had been told, the young lady assisting me responded in a very condescending manner and insisted it had to be filled to the exact level it was at drop-off. Overall, poor communication, unresolved vehicle issues, and inconsistent information from staff. I expected much better customer service from Enterprise.

They don’t notify you that they don’t have the vehicle you booked up until your arrival. And your stuck left the pick from their empty inventory. 2nd time booking for a Jeep Wrangler and both times let down. I won’t be returning to this location or doing business with enterprise in the future. Extremely disappointing
