- JLJason LokkenFeb 8, 20261.0Be advised, we had or RV floor completely replaced under the factory warranty due to yellowing. When we dropped it off for the original repair the service writer had mentioned they are now opened by Camping World. Fast forward and the floor is yellowing again. I reached out yo the service department and they said they would contact the manufacturer. After multiple follow ups and several weeks later I was told the manufacturer won't cover this. Then I was told by Daniel at Camping world since the repair paperwork says Richardsons RV on it they are not responsible. A simple search shows Camping world was the owner at the time of my repair. I'm shocked that they would even try this. There was zero attempt to work with us on this matter. I now have to involve my attorney which is absolutely ridiculous.

- SSScottOct 3, 20251.0They did not fix everything they were supposed to fix, and I did not realize it until I got home - a 1 hour drive from South OC. I called 10 times over 5 days to see if they could verbally tell me how to fix something they didnt do. After 6 calls over 3 days I got 1 call back in late afternoon but missed the call. Then 4 more calls over 2 more days and again no call back. One time I even asked for the Service Manager and was told "he wasnt available." As the saying goes, "Not a Happy Camper" because I cannot use it until it is fixed.
