I called 10 times over 5 days to see if they could verbally tell me how to fix something they didnt do. After 6 calls over 3 days I got 1 call back in late afternoon but missed the call. Then 4 more calls over 2 more days and again no call back. One time I even asked for the Service Manager and was told "he wasnt available." As the saying goes, "Not a Happy Camper" because I cannot use it until it is fixed.
