- TLTrisha Leyde2 days ago3.0I had an appointment at 9 o’clock in the morning. I brought my car in at 8:55 left it there they said it’d be ready in two hours. I tried calling multiple times after the two hours, but no one answered so finally a half an hour later, I drove down there. I saw my car in the bay look like someone was working on it so I just told my husband, I’ll stay and wait for it. You go ahead and go on home well an hour and 45 minutes after the two hours so basically four hours to do our tire rotation and change the oil. I was very disappointed. Their service has really dropped since bud has retired. I hope that they see this message and they go and improve themselves because if you’re gonna say the reason they didn’t get to my car at 9 o’clock it’s because someone else’s car was in line before mine then maybe you should’ve done the appropriate appointment time Not an estimated appointment time which you didn’t say it was an estimate you said it was my appointment time so my car should’ve been able to go in the bay immediately.

I didn’t have an appointment and when I spoke to Hanz (I think) he said it would be an hour plus, that it was lunchtime and he didn’t have anyone who could get to it right away. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait and told him that I could come back the next day, but when he realized where I lived and that it was fairly remote, he didn’t want to chance it that I could be stranded. He bribed one of his employees (with Starbucks!) to delay his lunch so that I could get my tire repaired while I waited. It was a very kind gesture and much appreciated.
