  My car battery died and I came to this Autozone after being told by another auto parts store that they could sell me the battery, but wouldn’t install it. The store associate Val R. not only gave me great customer service, she actually took the time to go out and check my battery before making the purchase, just to make sure she could help me. Her assistance and positive attitude made the process quick, easy and satisfying, and reflects the overall performance of their staff.

  The people here are very inconsiderate. I had been waiting for assistance for nearly ten minutes without so much as an acknowledgement. When I did finally get someone's attention, the service was crap. It was clear that no one wanted to take the time to help me, especially when it wouldn't have taken more than a minute to do so. Do better.

  Had great service here especially on a holiday. Staff was nice and kept helping me with my situation. Towards the end I got my battery replaced and the gentleman was nice enough to install as well. Thank you.
