  I am writing to share my positive experience at your store located at 19486 Van Buren Blvd in Riverside. I recently needed a replacement 12v battery for my Sonata Hybrid and specifically required installation. After discovering that many other merchants do not provide installation services for this specific model, I was pleased to find that your team not only had the battery at a competitive price but was also willing to install it as a courtesy. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the convenience provided by your staff members Roger, Ben, and Joshua Luke. While Roger and Ben took care of the sale, Joshua was extremely helpful in getting the battery installed. I had to tow my car to the store, and Joshua jumped into action like a paramedic. He gloved up and brought his tool kit and the battery out immediately. It was about 7 pm and dark with very little lighting to work by. Since my car was dead, there was no power to open the trunk where the hybrid battery is located. Without any hesitation, Joshua used a jumper kit to open the trunk so we could access the battery. He had all the right tools to remove the old battery and install the new one in less than 10 minutes, despite the challenging lighting and difficult access to the bolts. Not once during the process did he complain or seem frustrated. Instead, he was very pleasant and talked about how he loved helping customers. Based on my own experience in retail sales and service, I can tell that Joshua genuinely cares about his work. He is such an asset to AutoZone, and it is folks like him who make shopping at your store such a pleasant and memorable experience. Thank you for the great experience Joshua. Al

  Brandon was so nice and incredibly helpful! He took the time to help me install a new battery in my car and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great customer service! I really appreciate his help!

  Me cambiaron lá bateria y le saco lá protecionismo para que no le de l calor del motor , le arranco los ganchos que agarraba lá bateria diciendo que no serviam y despues no tenía nuevo para poner les y tubo que tecauchutar los viejos , cuestion que cuando llegue a mi casa el auto no arranco mas y me Ayudo mi vesino cuando fui a otro AutoZone , dijeron que no era su problema . 💩
