  They had my van for 2 1/2 Days and when I went to pick up my van I had to wait at the shop because the manager had to go get my van from somewhere else why was my van not at the shop but I took my van in to get a new water pump and timing chain so I get my van back it's doesn't even look like anything was done so I opened the water cap and I see something on the water cap it look shiny like they put something in to for a quick fix so I call the shop and told them I didn't think anything was done to my van so the day after getting my van back I look in the water reservoir and it's like a creamy color it wasn't like that when I took it to this shop and now I have to take it back I don't even want to take it back to this shop I pay $2,100 just to get my van back with oil in my water SMH what do I do now I wouldn't take you car here to have anything done to it

  I was having problems with my car so I brought it to Allen tires When they checked it, they told me the alternator. It was bad so they told me you can go get the alternator at AutoZone and bring it back and we install it for you so I purchased alternator. I paid $249 for the alternator, they charged me $300 to install it four weeks later. My car wasn’t working again. I took it to AutoZone. They told me the alternator is not working. I took it back to. Allen tires So I had to purchase it alternator and print the old one back for my refund After they installed the alternator, I went back to pick up my car. The manager told me that I have to pay $250 for labor again because they don’t guarantee the alternator that I purchased at AutoZone that I didn’t purchase the The alternator with them so they don’t give me warranty for the labor. This is the tricky part. These guys are Dishonest because they don’t tell you that there is nowhere On the work paperwork that states that if you bring parts from outside, then I’m gonna guarantee the labor. I think it’s it’s used to rip you off because they don’t tell you anything but when you come back with any problem, they say well we don’t guarantee the labor because you didn’t purchase the parts with us and that is misleading the customers because there is nowhere stating that if you purchase parts outside for them to install it they’re not gonna guarantee the Labor so then you have to pay twice that’s where they make the money so I’m really disappointed. I’m gonna report him with the consumer agency, better business bureau and California auto motive agenncy. Because they aren’t ripping the customers off charging them twice for labor and there is nothing zero information posted anywhere nothing that says that, but does the tricky part, but that by the time you notice you have to pay more money so be aware of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
