  I had an excellent experience with Joe and the team at Bud's Tire Pros. They took great care of my Tesla Model X and recommended Pirelli tires with foam noise reduction, which made a noticeable difference in ride comfort and road noise. The drive is now much smoother and quieter. They also diagnosed and addressed a squeaking noise coming from the upper ball joint area, and the car feels much better afterward. Joe was knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality tire service and honest automotive care, especially for Tesla owners.

  My bike broke down after the belt snapped on 4/27/26 and I parked it outside of their parking lot, asked them will the bike be ok here they said, yeah,as long as it's not on our side of the gate I was like, will it get towed?No, so I had to order the part.And it finally came in on 5 1 2026 and my father in law was gonna go pick up the bike and load it on the back of this truck.And then he tells me the tire shop had my bike towed

  I’ve been coming here for about 8 years and I’m always very pleased with the service and the work that is done. I think they’re quite fair with the pricing and they’ve consistently gone the extra mile to keep me on the road.

  Unprofessional and Discriminatory..If you are Black person go elsewhere. Walked into an empty store. 1 White man on the phone , Hispanic man just standing at the desk. I walked up to the desk...Crickets..Finally White man gets off the phone and says do you have a question. I said didn't you see me when I walked in. They don't see Black.

  I was an idiot and ignoring my tire warning due to the fact that it has been a pain in the rear for years. I shouldn’t have ignored it today. I was driving back from a closed bookstore already disappointed to hear an odd sound coming from the right side of my car. Stopped on the side of Indiana, hopped out, checked my tires, hopped back in the car and told my child in near tears that we had a flat. Looked down the road at the intersection and saw Bud’s Tires. Thought they were for sure closed and I was going to have to make some calls. Drove the very small distance to them and they were open! Went in and was warned (very kindly) it would probably be around a 3 hour wait if we chose to stay and wait for it to be done as opposed to leaving the car and coming back. I had no other option than to wait. So, I was preparing to do just that when they devised a plan to look and get it done quick and efficiently and get us on our way. Let me tell you, I am a customer for life now. Thank you Ashley and Caleb! You made a very worried Sunday morning much less stressful and with consistent smiles on your faces, no less! I can not put into words how much your kindness meant today!
