- DBDontae BrooksMar 30, 20261.0So I made a parking spot that out the way thinking I wouldn't be bothered. Some guy claiming to be the store manager came and beat and banged on my truck wasn't in uniform had to be off duty. Normally pilot will let you parked as long as you are out not in the way of truck. He was wwaay of line and unprofessional.

I placed a mobile order that showed as accepted and fulfilled, but when I arrived, it had been canceled with no explanation and no refund offered on the spot. Do not trust the app. I ended up purchasing the same items in-store, meaning I essentially paid twice. I’m still waiting on a refund, and even after contacting Guest Services, I was only offered store credit instead of my money back. On top of that, the in-store customer service felt dismissive and disrespectful. Overall, poor communication and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.
- KDKulveer DhillonMar 23, 20261.0They need to start enforcing parking for California plate trucks, people just park their trucks in free spots and just go home. Please guys get yard parkings, truck stop parking is for drivers on the way from other states it’s not your home terminals.

I had to pay $1200 and am taking it all the way to corporate. They rude and they are working with the tow company to get a cut. Don’t ever leave ur truck or trailer unattended they money hungry managers and workers there.
