  Avoid if this is where your insurance is giving you a loaner while yours is in the shop. The one time i rented from here independently, it was fine. But the two times my car was in for repairs via Geico and i had a loaner from this location, upon return they made egregious claims about the car after i turned it in. Then they did it to my mom when she had her car in the shop via insurance. After she turned it in they claimed the car had severe water damage and was undriveable. How would she have even gotten it back Enterprise? How? Its not worth the hassle of the extra steps for your insurance company to fight it out with them. Maybe a manager there thinks its a handy way to write off bad cars via fraud but what a terrible customer service pipeline that creates.

  This place is crazy busy and short staffed. But Mr. James dont know the last name really helped me out. This guy was running answering phones moving cars and also helping the annoyed customers doing his best to make sure everyone was heard. Thank you James for helping my experience be the best it could be in the busiest times.

  Barely no selection we had 1 car to choose from and it was a mini van, no staff one person to help 8 people. It took 55 minutes to check out.
