  This place is garbage .. I made reservations on line and then I called and no one said you needed a bill and had no one with me and I cussed them out and they still Owe me money from the last rental they are garbage

  Stopped by Enterprise in Richmond to grab our car for a road trip, and I have to shout out James. We came in during peak hours phones ringing nonstop, With a line inside . They also have weekend limited hours, so everyone was trying to get in at the same time. James stayed calm the whole time. Super professional and efficient, . He got us checked out quickly and still answered questions with grace. I honestly don’t know how he managed the phones and the line at the same time, but he did. We walked out impressed and ready for our trip. Excellent customer service makes such a difference 10/10

  Jacob is the main person I spoke and dealt with and he always took care of me. Customers Service has always been top tier. Also the young lady and other guy that works around the hours of 8am-5pm were great as well. I love this location. With the amount of time and money spent for the 2 vehicles, I wish there would have been an offer to possibly finance those vehicles but I understand it’s a different process. Keep up the good work and the Richmond Hilltop location will forever get my business when needed. Thank you.
