  Fast, efficient service, and they actually ask if you need help as soon as you enter the store. There were two people behind the counter, and one of them was helping a customer. The other gentleman, who was doing something else, stopped and even came out from behind the counter to show me where the items I was looking for were, instead of just giving me an aisle number. Their prices for what I needed (antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid) were better than the other auto parts store across the street, and unlike that store, there was no 15-minute wait to check out when there was only one customer in front of me and three employees behind the counter there.

  I had just bought a new bike and realized my handlebars were loose, I saw the Autozone so I went in and asked if I could borrow an Allen wrench. They started digging through their toolbox and weren’t immediately able to find one but they did not give up and kept looking. I was surprised by how persistently they kept looking through their toolbox to find one for me. Eventually they located several options and one happened to be the right size. I was able to get my handlebars tightened and made it home safely. Most of the shops were closed on San Pablo at that time so I thought I might end up having to walk my bike home but the Autozone evening crew got me going again. Great people and the store was looking sharp too. Thank you to the evening crew 🙏 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  vannesa and luis were very helpful on helping me find the right windshield wipers for my vehicle and even helped install me which was a huge hand! thank you guys!

  Be careful with this autozone. Open the box if you're gonna get any parts behind the counter. Because they one time tried to sell me a burnt out oxygen probe which obviously was a returned old item. I think the people that work here are scamming. Also I came today and there were no fasteners. I mean the whole rack, in fact all the racks were empty of fasteners. No one's doing their job.
