I have never interacted with a rude worker. If anyone is ever in the area for whatever reason, I would highly encourage you to stop by Pilot in Rialto.

He’s not only enforcing the reserved parking properly, but he’s also addressing the trucks that block others in. Before, it was insane—drivers couldn’t even get out, and it was affecting delivery appointments. I understand some people may not like the enforcement, but those are likely the ones who don’t want to follow the rules. Overall, his efforts have made a big improvement and deserve recognition.

Nothing is worse than being a trucker that drives all day and books a reservation only to find some free loading trucker in my spot. If you didn't pay for reserve parking keep your trifling self out of the paid parking. Those who say this place is unsafe are straight liars! They are probably just mad because they cannot steal parking spots anymore!!! We are safe from the parking spot snatchers thanks to Phillip regulating! 💯🙏🏽 God Bless 😇 Keep up the great work Pilot and Keep hiring the right people for the job!
