Came back at 11, only one person working, then the manager says she doesn’t do returns. Had to wait again. When I finally got helped, I told them I didn’t have my receipt but I’m in their system (like other AutoZones have done for me). Instead of helping, they questioned me and refused to check. No refund, wasted time. I just told them to keep the product and left. Worst service I’ve had at an AutoZone.
