  February 23 2026, I went to buy a battery for my Nissan Sentra 2014 and the manager of the store start to helping me, very politely I asked if they install the battery, and his answer shows me the lack of patience and service mentality … he said: “If you buy it”, what kind of answer is that? Of course, I reply… he went out to install it but he was very unskillful, not very good at it, he left the battery loose and unsecured, and one of the terminal need to be replaced, and he went inside to get the part, after a long wait, he never shows back until I went inside to ask, I paid for it and, obviously I was expecting the installation, and asked for it, but his response was ver rude and unprofessional replying the no installation will be done… and immediately got rid of me!! I bought the battery due to an emergency I was…. I would never get back to that store, NEVER!!! The manager was very rough and unhelpful. Don’t go there if you need help.
