  This is really a hidden gem in the Valley! I've never had a bad experience bringing my car here. The mechanics are always honest with me and will do their best to get you and your car back on the road as soon as possible. (Also - consider them for your next oil change, because they won't try to outrageously upsell you, like certain chains I could mention!) THANK YOU!!

  Horrible customer service. I called the day before asking if the change tires for travel trailer and they said yes after i told them the trailer size and I arrived next day and Chris got scared and first told that they can't take in the next 5 horas and later that they can't do travel trailers because is too heavy. A 5500 pounds trailer that is less that my gmc yukon. Take your business to Astro tires in Balboa and saticoy. They did it in 15 minutes.

  It was hot. A young guy said the bolt was going in really hard, and I told him I could help. Only later did I realize the trick — I pulled the wrench and ripped the nut off together with the stud. The guy, who I now understand knew exactly what would happen, made big eyes and said, “Oh… I think you broke the stud!” Yeah, no kidding, genius. That’s exactly what I did. In my whole life I’ve probably tightened fewer nuts than you do in a day. Anyway… would not recommend.
